A technical & economic assessment study (TEO) is written for projects which imply new technologies, processes, and equipment to already existing and operating plant. This is one of reasons why a market analysis, a marketing strategy, a company and product description and also a risk analysis are simply missing from this document. So oneshould have in mind the narrower, specific character of a TEO in comparison with a business plan and, moreover, with an investment project.
