Licences and certificates

In connection with the license for the right to project buildings and structures of the 1^st and the 2^nd levels of responsibility in compliance with the state standard JSC “PIC Consulting Company” implements functions of a general engineeringer:

• engineering of buildings and structures of the 1^st and the 2^nd responsibility level;
• elaboration of project documentation chapters for construction of buildings and structures and complexes of them;
• general plans and transportation;
• architectural & construction decisions;
• technological decisions;
• engineering equipment, networks and systems;
• special chapters of project documentation;
• estimate documentation.

• obtaining and formalization of initial data for construction engineering (land plot reservation, feasibility studies, technical conditions for annexation of engineering services, a construction passport/certificate);
• preparation of an existing building for engineering works;
• technical support of projecting stage (control of engineering and estimate documentation elaboration, its approval in the prescribed manner, its handing over to expertise and approving authorities and to general contractor organization);
• preparation and formalization of approval documentation for construction and reconstruction, control of validity terms for issued technical conditions of engineering services annexation;
• construction site emptying (population shift, entities withdrawal from structures subject to demolition or reconstruction, solution of other questions connected with site preparation for work execution);
• organization of construction management;
• technical supervision.

• participation in forestry investment projects of the Leningrad region in the part of business plans elaboration by the method of determination of payback terms and of the period of actual payback for realization of preferential tax treatment at the territory of the Leningrad region;
• technical audit of production capacities.
